"Cheating" is the wrong word to use, as it just oleads to absurd arguments about whether something is "technically" cheating.

If my girl were to kiss another girl, she would not do it in front of me or in any situation in which I would eventually discover it, because she knows that would disappoint me greatly and it would violate our expectations for how we act in our committed relationship.

If it is something that you must hide from your partner, then it is wrong, regardless of whether it is "technically cheating."

Everyone has different boundaries and what they consider as cheating. Personally I would consider it to be cheating it my partner kissed anyone, regardless of their gender, other than myself.
