Why won't my crush make a move?

If a guy knows you like him, and he likes you too, what would be reasons he doesn't make a move? I know this guy is generally shy and somewhat insecure when it comes to girls, but I also know it's obvious that I like him and I'm pretty sure he knows. He always talks to me though, but doesn't make a move... could it be maybe he lost interest in me..

I was in that situation a couple years ago. I didn't ask the girl I liked out (even though I knew she liked me) because I was self conscious of my physical appearance of with my height. Thankfully, I outgrew her.

the guy I like has made comments of like working out and stuff to look better and feel more confident for me, so I wonder if maybe he's waiting till he reaches his goal? but I've told him numerous types that he doesn't need to change for me

That's probably the reason why he's not making a move unfortunately. He may feel that he doesn't completely deserve you unless he loses weight, gets stronger, etc.

Here is better question: why dont you make a first move.

I can see you have interest. So make a move and most likely then he will make more moves... thats what happened with me.. now am not shy

I've made all the moves pretty much up until this point. I'm the one who first talked to him, who gave him my number, that's why I say that it's obvious I like him, and for awhile it seemed like he liked me too, but I figure if he knows I like him, even if he's shy, if he likes me too, he wouldn't be scared to make a move cause he knows I wouldn't reject him

because its the girl who has to make moves, and girls have to tell a guy her feelings and intentions, guys can never be sure if the feelings mutual with a girl
