Guys how protective are you over your girlfriend?

Like if you and your girl was around a lot of men and some of them look like they were trouble or if you had the feeling that you wouldn't like her being around them alone.

It depends on the situation, really. I would trust my girlfriend to be able to handle most things, because she doesn't need a babysitter. However, I also would expect her to know that I'll be there for her if she needs me, and that she can count on me to help out if the situation calls for it.

Long story short (I posted the full details elsewhere), I once had a guy actively try to rape my then-girlfriend. He was able to find out just how protective I can be when the situation calls for it.

I got very jealous whenever guys checked her out, some of them would try talking to her when I stepped away so I would come back and say "I see you've met my wonderful girlfriend" and she would kiss me and nonverbally show her loyalty to me.

In this modern society, it's expected more that the girlfriend needs to express she is taken when guys approach her. I trusted her completely and she expected the same from me whenever girls hit on me.

If I fought my for my Love, it would probably be the funniest scene ever, because the last "fight" I had was in school. I'm just not that kind of person. I have the build, but I'm not a fighter. If someone challenged me I'd probably just leave it, but my SO is a different story.
