Guys, I was talking to my crush's parents?

So my crush has been looking at me a lot with a smile on his face. And I always catch him.

Recently, we were at this event and I had a feeling that he looked at me but I didn't catch him looking. Although his close girl friend was staring at me.

After the event, his parents came up to me and talked to me for quite some time. They patted my shoulder and praised me.

He didn't come up to me although his parents were there but he was carrying this little girl on his back and running around near us...

Can you guys tell me why he didn't come up though his parents were there and can you tell if he doesn't or does like me, please?

He may not have wanted to talk to you while his parents were right there because that could change the way he'd behave... if he wanted to flirt, he may feel uncomfortable doing that around them.
It's hard to tell, just from what's described here, if he likes you or not.
Looking at you is a good sign, but not a definite one.

Have you guys seen much of each other since this event?

Yes we have. I've been seeing him arond a lot of places lately and we made eye contact a lot one time and he quickly looked away but did again a few minutes later. I'm sureof it now. Thank you foryour comment

It does seem he likes you! His parents could of approached you because he could be talking about you allot, and by the looks if it, it was good things :) The reason why he didn't approach you could be he was shy to talk to you when his parents were near. lol. I wish you the best of luck! :)
