My crush said I'm cute, is there a good chance of us going out or nuh?

When we're sitting in class and look up I always see him looking at me. I've never seen him flirt with any girl/touch a girl except he grabbed my hand to dance and then gave me big hug.

My friends told me they felt a spark between us even before I told any of them that I think he's cute. And the other day before class ended he said that I'm so cute. Is this a good sign that he likes me? I keep thinking he said I'm cute because I'm tiny and lots of people think it's cute.
