Do I have a chance with my crush?

So, the story with my recent crush is that we have barely ever talked despite being classmates for 3 years. Our class interacts a lot in general, but his group's girls are more open to me than his group's guys. The girls are enthusiastic, the guys are too shy to mutter even a hi. They say hi to the whole class though.

And my crush is the tallest in class, I'm amongst the shortest girls, so people keep calling me "kid" jokingly. He has been my first ever crush in college (I liked his personality when he used to interact during online classes, his face wasn't clear there tho). I had a major crush on someone else tho, and I'm trying to get over that guy and this recent one keeps popping up again and again because ig I never got him outta my head anyway.

We went on an industrial visit and during the whole trip he kept stealing glances at me. I admit I looked cuter than most days ig, cause even girls who I rarely talk to in class said I looked cute. So I was happie. And he kept noticing. He even gave me an ice cream that day, despite my friends also standing there. He was generally going around giving icecreams too but in my grp, it was only me who he gave it to (our prof was paying for those). It was a cute thing idky.

And some days later, while I was sort of in his direct view while studying something from the teacher, I caught his eye when he was looking at me. It was a blissful sight. I noticed his brown eyes and kinda got nervous and left to drink water and didn't even look up in that direction again when I came back to my place. It was a beautiful feeling still tho.

I wish he would have the same feelings as me. I don't want to confess because we have barely ever talked. I just like his sincereness and his overall personality. It is not love tho, just a crush. And he now rarely watches my IG stories even tho he used to watch all of them earlier.

P. S. the worst part is that we just have like 10 days left in college. We will be never seeing each other again:(

My first question is: After college, are you in different places geographically? If not, then you need to get talking to this guy more... quickly. This guy is interested in you too. You don't need to "confess" your feelings, but you DO need to start talking to him more! He wants you too. He'll be glad that you do seem to be making an effort to talk to him more. He will see that for a signal that you want to talk to him... and he'll come and talk to YOU more. Before you know it you're friends... and from there... you get to know each other... and... blah blah blah... sitting in a tree K-I-S-S-I-N-G.

But you already waited too long! (unless you just realized you liked this guy again). You need to move fast here if you have only 10 days left.

You certainly have a chance with this guy. As long as you don't live in different cities once school ends. Other than that, this looks promising. But you have to talk more to this guy. That's how you move things forward. Hurry up and get-to-talking. You're going to need to start talking to him online or my messaging or somehow... BEFORE the 10 days are up (so you can continue talking to him as a normal matter of course once school finishes. That way you can still just do it "as friends" and you don't even have to be up-front about how you feel yet. But you gotta get to it not being weird for you to just..."chat" with him online or by text or something.

You've got more than a chance. But it does require you to act. You don't have to even be all that bold. But to you maybe it seems bold. It's really not though. You need to get a guy who already likes you... to start talking to you online. Easy. Start by talking to him more (way way more) in person. Start now. Or you can start online directly if you're more comfortable doing that. The point is... in 13 days... you should feel totally comfortable shooting him a message. It should be something that isn't hard... because you're now friends enough that this makes perfect sense. You NEED to do that... otherwise you don't have a chance. If you get-on-this though... you've got a great chance (as long as you live in the same city).

Thanks for saying everything in so much detail.. and also making me realize im so late actually (i had a crush on someone else but when i found out he likes someone else too, i somehow reverted back to this guy, so basically, i later realized i never got over him).
The answer to your question is that i don't really know if we're gonna be in the same city after college. It seems so tho, since he recently gave a CAT exam and scored something like 82. smth percentile, so maybe he will be doing mba in a local college and then will be joining his dad's business. But this is all based on what he told in class when our sem started, so could've changed by now.. most probably, same city.
And the second thing is, I have tried to make conversations online 2 times, he was enthusiastic but it ended too soon anyway, like didn't even last 5 mins both times.
Offline, we've never interacted much, he seems interested only in watching me from afar so.. and he barely ever posts anything so it is hard, also he has only one time filled out a survey form I posted on my story so that's that. That's all that keeps me from interacting with him..

Well, you're better to interact with him in person first anyway. And he is NOT "content" to just watch you from afar! That's absurd! He's clearly just too shy to do more than watch you from afar. So he is sending you a signal that he likes you. That's your cue that he does want you to interact with him. That is exactly what he wants. So quit being a chicken and go talk to the guy! (in person)... you've only got 10 days.

If you're going to be in the same city... then you have to talk to him. You have to talk to him in person in order to hopefully get over that gap in the online conversation.

But why did it end so soon? Did one of you have to go? Did it just get awkward because you didn't know what to say? Or what happened?

You can do this. But it's gonna take more guts than you're displaying so far. This is one of those situations... where you either grab ahold of an opportunity... or lose your chance. It's "put-up-or-shut-up" time... it's time to "shit-or-get-off-the-pot." But you only got 10 days. You need to get interacting with him in person. And ideally, get closer (which is absolutely possible in 10 days... but you need to be pretty damn focused about it) and be able to chat better online. Because... I would assume the conversations ended early because you don't know each other at all, and don't know what to say. So you have 10 days. 10 days to make it a "normal" thing for you to stay in touch once school ends. Start with the in-person interactions. You just need to suck-it-up and do it. You're gonna be nervous. But there's no way around that. You need to fight through that. Otherwise... you're going to lose your chance. And it sounds like you DO have a chance. But you're gonna have to be bold in taking it... because you only have 10 days.

You can interact in a friedly way. You don't have to even do it on a romantic footing. You can suddenly just become this dudes best friend out of the blue. That's fine. The key is that you continue the communication once college is finished. You don't have to flirt in an obvious way, you don't have to confess your feelings. But you need to purposefully insert yourself into this guys everyday life. ASAP.

You can do this. You just need to be brave. But it'll be worth it. Otherwise, you're always gonna wonder...

sir im so impressed by how deep you could think about this, and how you have been so observant of me.. hats off to you! and i have no words.. just.. thanks a hell lot for this advice:) it gave me such guts, im gonna try it tmrw if possible since today i had been out of the class because of extra curricular stuff (he never participates, that's one of the issues lol because im almost always outside which has ultimately proved to be not very fruitful in being close to this guy since i missed a lot of chances when i could have formed a friendly convo with him had i been in class).. but it is ok, i hope me participating in creative things and leading them too has helped in some way to attract him at least but we never know..
but for sure, im gonna take your advise, it gave me a boost and i feel much more confident than before, all thanks to you!

Madam I am impressed with your guts. I assumed you probably didn't have any. But you totally do! And that's awesome. That's just what you need here. And that's ALL you really need here. Guts. Go grab that chance. Good for you! Seriously. That's so good.

Now, don't ever think it was a bad thing to participate and lead all of these creative extracurricular stuff. That's freaking great! You did not miss the chance to get to know him because you were always gone. Sure it meant there were opportunities to chat that you missed because you were gone... but... let's be real here... it's not that there was no opportunity to talk to him. You just... hadn't found those guts you've evidently got. Now you're doing things right. You can totally do this. Now that you're DOING it... you'll see. You seem like someone who is probably generally a "goal-oriented" person. Am I wrong about that?

I feel like you understand your goal here, and you understand the time limitations; and you understand what you gotta do. I think you've just decided that this is a goal you're going to achieve. And I believe you will.

i kinda do, i'd always had a tiny bit of crush on him but then this crush got diverted to a friend, who rejected me cause he likes someone else.. so somehow i guess i found myself crushing again on this guy.. i still am not sure about how i feel, ig im crushing but not too hard since im still not completely over my friend..

yea thats understandable if you feel that way then try getting over the friend first then if you still feel the same you can hit up the other guy just remember to be sure about your feeling because its not fair for either of you to jump into this when you have feeling for someone else
