Have I ruined my chances with my crush?

I have had a crush on a guy at work for a while. Around the time I first started at the workplace I remember chatting with a few of my coworkers (including him) and saying that I wouldn't want to date and live with someone I work with as I wouldn't want to be with the same person non-stop all day long. However, since then I've developed a massive crush on him and my views have changed. The thing is, he might remember what I previously said even though it was at least a year ago and so I'm not sure if I've spoiled any chance I may have had to date him. Do you think I have spoiled my chances with him?

Don't sweat it too much sis, I'm sure that early comment isn't going to ruin your chances. People's views change all the time, so if you explained that to him I bet he'd understand.

Dating coworkers can be tricky, but sometimes you can't help who you start crushin' on ya know? I'd say shoot your shot if you get the chance! Flirt a little, see how he reacts.

If he's into you too, just play it cool at work. Get coffee or drinks after your shifts sometimes so you can spend more casual time together outside the office.

Don't stress though - if it doesn't work out, then it was just not meant to be. But I say go for it before wondering "what if" forever! Only one way to find out if he's feelin ya back. Live a little sis, you got this!

Don’t take this the wrong way, but we’re not even sure if you had a chance in the first place. This isn’t in regards to your looks or personality, just the fact that he may have an aversion to dating a coworker as well. He could be emotionally unavailable, taken or any other thing as well.
