Did my friend ruin my chance with my crush?

I'm so scared, like I want to cry. We had a home football game and we started hanging out with two other friends. He's joking around, showing off, being funny, sticking to me, staring at me and such. We had fun, took lots of pictures and laughed together. Then, I ask for his number and the other friend's number, and he's like, "O-Oh okay s-sure!" And he puts it in my phone. He left, and I text him and say it's me. We have a casual conversation then my guy friend steals my phone and tells him I was gonna block his number. He texts and is like "Why.. what?" Then my guy friend includes "From (I'm gonna call him x) X) And my crush is like ok. Then I throw a fit and feel so bad because I had just seen what he said. Things were going at a good pace. He seems so into me but I feel like I ruined the chance. I let that happen. And my guy friend was like, "Sorry if I hurt your feelings bro" And he was like "You didn't" And I was like about to cry. I apologized, and said x was a jerk and he only read and didn't reply. I don't know anymore... and maybe I'm overreacting but I can't help but think about it. I let this happen.

It's fine. Explain the situation and keep putting down the guy friend that caused this. It'll show him that you truly don't "care" for the other guy and you REALLY do want to fix things.

No offense by the idiot comment but come on... this isn't even remotely terrible.

Breathe and get some sleep and tomorrow text good morning at a decent hour (like 10-12 am) and let go what has happend and move forward.
