Does sending him a happy new years text make me seem desperate?

Like i tried to hsng out with this guy yesturday but h was busy and offered me to come over his place. I said i wasn't going to his place (as we made out last time) . I didn't want to be a booty call... so i realize that he prob feels awkward and well i sent everyone i knew Christmas and Thanksgiving texts wishing them happy holidays except for him and i sent him a happy new years! ...

And then I realizied that it might look bad. What do you all think? and happy new year!:D

If he has feelings for you other than just a fuck then it will make him happy if he doesn't think of you like that he won't care.

Guys say things in a way that we mean what we say like he probably is actually busy but at the same time him saying "Let me know if you're around" Is saying I want to hang out with you but not right now, I've been on the opposite end of this with a girl where I've said something like that and they interpret it as you are we don't mean it like that but you take it like that you know what I'm getting at lol.
