I think my boyfriend's brother hates me... WHAT TO DO?

My bf and I have been together for awhile, and it seems like his brother doesn't hold me in the highest regard. Every time he sees me and/or talks to me, he gives me this look. I can't describe it, it's like he's staring at me and accusing me of something. I don't know I just know it makes me uncomfortable. And if I'm with my bf, (which I am all the time), all bets are off. I can feel his eyes burning a hole in the back of my head and when I look at him, he's almost never looking back, but I can tell he's watching. My bf said once that his brother is protective of him, but he swears up and down that his brother doesn't care what he does. And my bf says that he doesn't care what his brother thinks or says about us, but I know it matters, I mean, it's his big brother! My bf told him once that I thought he didn't like me, then he came and told me that it wasn't that he didn't like me, it's that my bf needs to focus on his school and sports and blah blah blah. If I didn't know better, I would believe him. But my bf's grades were and still are awful, and if my bf would listen to me and accept my help, his grades would be a lot better. And he doesn't have any room to complain about me, I'm 15 and taking classes at his college, in more advances courses and pulling A's and B's. But pls tell me what I can do. Should I talk to him about it, (pls don't say that), or leave it alone, or try to win him over?
