What does it mean if a guy texts at 1am saying?

We've been chatting for a long time like 2 months non stop

He text saying "are you coming out? xx"

We planned a sleepover last week I asked during the week if it was on he didn't reply back he text me now at 1am saying "U coming out?"
Is he just drunk?
Should I reply what do I say back to him?

Hard to say, he might be just drunk but his true feelings come out when his drunk. At the same time though you don't want him to regret it in the morning.
I'd text back in the morning oh sorry I was asleep! And see what he says, ask to go out next weekend or something maybe? See what he says
