I have thought about this probably more than most, in the sense that it often seems like a really good idea, however I have discovered that this is just not the way I'm made, socially that is. What I mean to say, is I have never felt comfortable picking up a woman just for the point of sex. Granted I know there are women out there who like this sort of interaction, however I have never really felt comfortable in most nightclub/bar settings for this to really work for me. So in the end I have never had one night stands in the sense of how you are describing it.

I don't have one night stands but then men who do have them will definitely lower their standards because it's hard to a guy to find a girl who's willing to have sex no strings attached so basically if a guys looking for a one night stand he'll take whatever he can get.

Girls can be a lot more selective for one night stands. Im not saying that girls can get a one night stand with anyone they want just that you don't have to work as hard and you will have more options to choose from than a guy in your situation would.

For relationships where guys are going to make an emotional investment into the girl he WILL NOT lower his standards. So low-average girls can get casual hookups with higher quality guys but they most likely won't be able to get him to commit.

Yes, men have lower standards for one night stands then relationships, in terms of looks (and virtually no standards on other things).

The last girl I had a one night stand was with a girl I met on tinder. She was cute on the surface and seem to have a pretty good sense of humor. Then on our date she opened up about her past xanax addiction (and her experimentation with a plethora of other drugs, including meth), how she had been in therapy since she was 7, and how she had a "huge spending problem". She was just a bit too unstable for my taste, but I figured, whatever... She's attractive, I already paid for her dinner, she seems pretty promiscuous, so I'll just sleep with her. After subtly pulling her sexual history out of her and getting her to tell me she's been tested, I took her back to my place and did the deed.

In short, for me personally, one night stands are about girls I find attractive, but don't have much on the inside... which would make them incompatible for long-term relationships.

Before buying a care , most men will compare different models on price, looks, engine, value for money , performance, consumption, aftersales service etc.

Because a ONS is just about getting a physical release. The "qualifications" don't really matter that much. For a relationship I have to want to be around her, find her attractive, find her fun to be around.
