Does drunk cuddling mean anything?

I was drinking at a friends house and we all crashed there for the night. Me and my friend were stuck with only one blanket and I kinda turned over and cuddled him. He pulled me in tighter and started rubbing my back. He had a Playlist already on and it was filled with love songs so it was kind of romantiC. He already had the Playlist on before people were trying to find places to sleep so that was on accsedent all through the night he was trying to pull me in closer and in the morning he hardly said two words to me.

1. In general when intoxicated the only thing I'd take into account is that the person is sexually turned on
2. Never try to figure out or mistake it for love, affection and similar when one is in such a condition
3. While we can't deny that the intoxicated person may have genuine feelings for you / other person but when intoxicated, one loses most inhibitions and says / does things that one may not say / do when they are sober - most times what is released from inhibition is sexual behavior
4. Generally once the person is sober again, they will revert to what they are when you normally see them which may be quite a let down for you. Worse, they may realize what they did when intoxicated and the reactions can be varied which includes ignoring you or being rude to you or similar :-)

I'd cuddle the heck out of someone right now that I only see as a friend. I don't always cuddle people I wanna get with. I just enjoy cuddling.
