Well, you'd have to get to know the guy. Someone who really likes you all around will like you as a person. They will listen to you and remember things you say, they will have patience because they're not only after your body. People who are only after your body will grow frustrated when you don't give them what they want. You'll pick up on it through instinct, something will just feel off, like his interest in you doesn't seem genuine.

I can pick up on when he likes me as a person but I can't tell if he finds me physically attractive. You know when you're walking on there street and you pass by a really pretty girl and you're like whoa! But you don't know her. How can I tell if he thinks that?
