What does it mean when a guy says meh?

Was talking to this guy and he responded to something with meh.

We'd had a little argument, and I said sorry, to which he said, all good. And then I said I was being moody. He replied with meh.

What does it mean? That he agrees but doesn't mind? Or he's ok with it?

I think its just a neutral response. Just to acknowledge they understood and heard you but have no strong feelings either way

It's basically acknowledgement without any interest, or a less direct way of saying "oh well."
