And Now he started following me on Instagram and when I did a tbh, rate, and date, I put maybe for dating him and that we should talk more and now he is talking to me a lot and he asked for my snapchat. I talked about it with my friend and she said that he might like me. I just want to know if it sounds like he likes me? Please halp

You don't have to say anything until he confirms his feelings. Might isn't good enough. If he really does have a crush you have be straight with him, don't get his hopes up now and crush them later. Make it clear that you're not interested. i know its hard, I had to tell my best friend I didn't like him and felt really guilty. But it's better than leading him on.
