My friends with benefits been calling me bae. He has admitted to me that he wants a relationship with me. I told him I'm not ready since I don't have time for one. Is not like I rejected him. But ever since he's been calling me bae a lot recently. Does he already see me as his gf?

I tend to call all my close friends "Bae" all the time. I don't know if its him seeing you as his girl, but he definitely see's you as someone precious in his life. Its possible that since you said no because you don't have time, he'll just be dropping little hint here and there around other people to kind of "back off punk, this one is mine" without being so possessive about it.

If you really wanted a relationship, you'd make time for one. And being in a relationship is less about time and more about effort. If I was him personally, I woulda shrugged, and just dropped the idea of this being anything more.

I'm a full time college student, a club member t my school, I work 2x part time jobs, I'm in a internship program

Then you rejected him for your studies, you still rejected him. You do whatever you want, obviously. It depends on the person for how much hanging out and stuff you guys do. I personally would be fine with dealing with a busy girlfriend, but I wouldn't bother with one that puts in no effort.
