Dating a guy whos still a virgin? very touchy?

So there's this guy i met in my math class in collegee. We began talking when we had to work together for a project. We exchanged numbers and still continued talking after the project and eventually he began asking me to hang out outside of class. So we hung out a couple of times. Then he told me he liked me and i told him i liked him back. We began seeing each other and kissing. But there was this one incident where he kissed me but then he began to get too touchy like putting his hands on my butt when we kissed or playfully putting his hands near my thighs. It got really awkward when he proceeded to kiss me and then slowly made his hand to one of my breast. I pulled his hand off and told him i didn't feel comfortable. He said sorry and after that i told him i had to go. We then hung out again 4 days later and i tried to act as normal as possible. He then confessed he as a virgin and had done oral sex a couple of times with 2 different girls but never intercourse. I couldnt imagine someone like him being a virgin to be honest he's quite attractive and seems like a ladies man. Needless to say do you think his actions may have been because he didn't know any better since he was inexperienced. Or should i just stop dating him?
