Why do girls hate clingy guys?

Why does my girlfriend get so mad that I want to talk to her at least once every night? What is so wrong with wanting to text her and know how she is doing?

that is not clingy at all, I think some girls are over using the clingy word.

Clingy = control freak, there girl can't move or talk to someone with out the partner by there side, it's not healthy to be controlled in such a way and its not just men that do this I've seen woman do it they cling on to tight that you can't even breath with out them oking it ha ha.

But giving her a call each night nothing wrong with that at all even if you gave her a ring a couple times of day is not clingy it's normal fgs, it's your girl who has the problem I think

There's nothing wrong with what you are doing. It sounds like she is unhappy with you for some other reason and just finding any excuse to be annoyed with you. I did the same thing with my ex when I didn't want to be with him anymore.

Because they like to have their own life outside you, everyone likes a little space. It also shows that you don't really have a life outside her either so I recommend you start doing something in your free time.
