When a guy says "talk to you some other time"?

For me the phrase "talk to you some other time" is a clear sign of disinterest, like a way of getting away if you know what I mean.

This guy I snapchatted with said that a couple of days ago and we haven't talked since. He is on a vacation with his family though so I don't expect him to be talking to me 24/7. But when I said "hah yeah maybe" (weird ass answer I know ugh) he answered "absolutely".

Do you guys think he actually meant "talk to you some other time" and it wasn't his way of showing that he's not interested in talking to me anymore?

I'm asking this because he's always very "on and off", sometimes he seems interested and sometimes not. So I really don't have a clue what he's thinking haha

If he is going on vacation with his family then he probably meant talk to you some other time.
At least for me personally when I go on vacation with family I try to be on my phone as little as possible if at all

He said absolutely so sounds like he means it. I wouldn't expect a call from him on vacation. Just wait til he gets back.
