Guys, Why would a guy walks fast and why would a guy walk slow...(more info)?

There's this one guy when I'm walking with him and talking but he walks so slow. I've seen him walk a normal pace or faster before and it's on campus (and we have a big campus) so I'm sure he can walk faster than that. I'm always saying "Hurry up" but I end up infront of him anyways just teasing him to walk faster. He does this everytime.

Then there's this other guy and when we're walking in the same direction he walks faster like power walking for no reason. We're not even talking but I wouldn't mind to it's no big deal. He knows me and we've talked a ton of times before.

What would be a guy's reason for walking slower than normal?
What would be a guy's reason for walking faster than normal?

The guy that is walking slower than normal wants to talk to you, he is focused on what you are saying and not really thinking about his walking speed.

The guy that is walking fast just wants to get to where he is going, he has stuff to do and does not want to talk to you or anyone else for that matter. He is focused on what he has to get done.
