Saw my ex on tinder?

This morning I woke up trying to move on because my ex couldn't quit flirting with women on dating apps. I went on tinder for ego boost to keep my mind off him and I saw his profile. I don't know why but it felt like a stab to the heart. It made me really sad. We dated a year and we both care for each other yet he couldn't be loyal. I was wondering if he would feel the same if he saw my profile but I swiped no.

From my experience some men just try to move on quickly. Tinder is a way to get his mind off of you. I'm sure it hurt to see him on there but remember Tinder is basically a hook up app, he's prob not looking for a relationship on there and most people never even meet up from Tinder! It was good you said no to his profile. I'd continue to move on and use tinder as a confidence booster on the way.

You shouldn't be worried about how he would feel if you are tying to move on and you need to stay off Tinder if you are that emotional and get your feelings in check by meditating or doing yoga.
