He came into work. I saw him talk briefly to another female coworker. I got jealous. He looked into my office to say good morning. I said "I see you're busy this morning" in reference to talking to the other female. He said something. Then he just stood at the time clock (which is outside my door) and didn't say anything. I then ask him "what are you doing?" because he was just standing outside my door and not speaking to me. He just turned to look at me and glared angrily and didn't respond. It was a long glare and it freaked me out. I made it a point to be here because he seems to get upset when I'm not. What is going on with him?

Maybe so. It might be because you aren't technically his girlfriend he doesn't feel that you have the right to comment on who he speaks too. It could be a bit of a game to him, if you want to comment on his social life, he figures he will just remove you. Just talk to him.

Yes, he's upset. Probably didn't like someone he's not even in a relationship with basically giving him grief for flirting with someone else.
