He is acting weird after I gave him a gift. What should I do?

first thing that in my country we are not allowed to have boyfriends or see them. but we do it without anybody knowing. He is madly in love with me based on what I see and what he says. my boyfriend had a surgery the last week and he refused me to come and see him because of the way he smells. so I decided to come to his place surprisingly and I brought a chocolate box with me. the thing is he wasn't home that day so I left the chocolate at this place and went back home. He was a little bet angry with me the same day but thankful at the same time. From that day he was acting super weird and yesterday he posted a picture of flowers just like the way he posted my chocolate the other day on snapchat. So I am now anxious about why is he acting weird is it another girl or did he have enough from me?

For you 2 guys, yes it's not allowed BF/GF not only SA but also all the Muslim world, and i believe it's the best thing that can happen to teenagers, we believe in 2 things marry in Halal, and don't sleep around.

It can be anything to be honest nobody can know what is in his mind, but i think he is angry cos you visited him, when he told you not to before, (even though you have not seen him).

In my culture yes it is abandoned because of religious concepts and if a man wants a woman or likes her he should marry her directly.

But what would you think if that was in ur culture the reason is?

Yep and it isn't weird. We just directly without having to date because no body should take the virginity but the husband. And the flowers were a gift from someone else... so i thought maybe its another girl who brought it to him.
