My coworker kisses me on the head?

So this coworker and I get along pretty well. We've never flirted but we did get off on the wrong foot. He apologized and now we're really cool. He tries hooking me up with guys, I don't know why. Anyways so he just started giving me kisses on the head and it makes me feel like a little kid. I don't know if it's bc he's older or bc I'm petite and it's just easy to kiss me on the head. I also don't think we're that close and he also comes and pinches my cheek from time to time and talks to me as if I were a baby. Which is annoying sometimes, other times I just laugh. But yeah I don't really see why he'd do this.. Any ideas?

He is into you and would welcome the opportunity to date you and more. It sounds like he is a lot older. Anything more than 5 years difference can have a difference in how you view life. You deserve to find someone who feels equal and is excited about the same things you are. He already makes you feel like a kid. That is not a good start for any dating. If you start up with this guy, you will probably feel like the kid for the next 50 years. If his affection is unwanted, pull away and tell him that is inappropriate. He needs to stop. You might have to threaten to go to the management to get him to stop. That is just my take.
