Why is he always distant after we hook-up?

He makes it seems as if just because we have sex doesn't mean we have to keep in touch. Everytime I get annoyed at him ignoring me or seeming distant with me & I ask him whats the deal. He says im acting like a little girl. How? I dont get it. He told me he would take me out on a date Sunday after I had to ASK him and mention the fact that we haven't been out together in months. He said he will, but im afraid to bring it up to him because im afraid if I do he will get annoyed & say now he's not taking me because I'm being "impatient". I always have to be on the fence with him but he can double text me & rush me when we're on his time all he wants.. ugh im so frustrated.

Common problem. You aren't on equal footing. I'm guessing he is older/wealthier, so it's a pattern based on this inequality in the relationship. There is NO CURE for it.
