He is very flirty, tries to talk to me, stops what he's doing to listen to what I'm saying.. I said all he and his friends wear are bow ties and he said he'll wear something else next time. I said I liked them and he smiles and told his friends ohh she said she likes them. Sometimes he'll walk up when me and my friend are talking and check me out or flirt. He's not a playa he gets nervous sometimes. I only see home at church. What does this all mean?

I forgot about it until I went on Instagram and he had followed one of my frienda. There's no way he could have found her unless he was looking through my followers
