Why are marines such assholes?

So i went on a dating website to meet new people etc (POF)

and i came across a few marines, a lot of military on there and i can understand why because of moving around a lot or whatever..

but the marines I've came across are just assholes. theyre so disrespectful for claming to have 'so much respect' because of what they do.

they dont even ask to hook up. they ask for nude pics, and if they dont get them then they will call me a bitch or whore. a couple even had a girlfriend and was flirting with me..

i dont have a problem with marines, i just dont get why they're so disrespectful to women?

You will find that being stuck with other men for years on active duty really takes its toll on a man. Consider that you rarely meet a woman, depending on what your job is. Luckily I was not one of those men. I do find my friends in the marines sometimes do have inexcusable attitude problems and a lack of respect for others just because they are marines, but I'm sure it's just the people I'm around. I really think it has nothing to do with the fact they are marines and just that the people you have met just want sex or something to jack off to. It's irritating. Don't worry, not all men or marines are like that. You'll meet somebody nice to you and enjoy yourself. Try going out and meeting people too or seeing co-workers. (That last part is just my bias because I dislike dating websites).

that's not it. These men, I should take kids were this way before they enrolled in the military and it's the US government's fault for not vetting these people before they take them in but what can they do, they're desperate... the truth isn't always pretty

I have never met or heard a marine that was like this they could be posers, drinking, someone was using there account they don't know how to talk to women and they r wasted so stuff just comes out marines r forced to be kind and curious they can get in a lot of trouble if they arnt

Their job is literally to invade and slaughter... that is quite literally 100% of what they are hired for.. to kill the enemy...
