Is she initiating contact with you? Conversations? Wanting you to join her out to places? Don't be afraid to make a move on her or tell her how you feel about her if you do have feelings towards her.

Most outgoing girls know what they want and know how to get what they want. Just pay attention to her body language when you're around her and whether or not she's flirting with you. It's probably obvious, but you're over thinking/overlooking things.

Like most of the other girls said- YES! we do. Outgoing girls have no problem being flirty with guys they are not attracted too. However, as soon as we find someone we like, we tend to go shy. Personally, I don't know what to talk about because I'm thinking too much about what he thinks of me and how he perceives me. I don't have this problem with any other guy though.

I consider myself really outgoing and never really have trouble talking to guys that I'm not romantically interested in. But when I'm around my crush, I get so tongue-tied! Sometimes I would purposely avoid him because I would get so nervous around him and didn't know what to say lol. So to answer your question: Yes. Definitely! :)

I don't know what the circumstances are so I can't say. But if she's really outgoing, she'll have no problems letting you know. She'll either tell you straight out or make the signals extremely obvious

Yeah, they definitely can. For example, I'm a pretty outgoing/flirty person, but when I'm around my crush I just don't know what to say and always feel like I'm blushing. If a girl obviously likes to be around you, but isn't very talkative, then you should ask her out on a date to break the ice and get to know her- she could very possibly like you :).

From outgoing to very shy to end up talking a lot when alone with me and saying nice things and that we are similar. All with in 10 months. I went from she is a very nice person trying to block feelings. To wow when she while being shy shoved some more of her personality from actions to I want to do anything for her after we had some longer conversations. And can´t stop thinking about her.
