Boss compared me to his wife, and even his daughter?

My boss compared me to his wife a few times, and even his daughter, and I'm just trying to understand why. One example is when I was struggling to take my antibiotics because I have a phobia of huge pills getting stuck in my throat. He was joking about it and briefly mentioned how his wife fears huge pills for the same exact reason. Obviously that's not a big deal, so I laughed and added that it's mainly the white chalky ones that give me anxiety, and he agreed that it was the same for her too. Then another morning, I was walking towards the building while dangling my car keys, which is a habit of mine. He caught up to me and jokingly asked if I really have to dangle my keys like that. Then he mentioned that his wife does it too and it's so annoying. So I'm like "okay lol?" He then went on to laugh about something else women do that annoys him.

Then the day he compared me to his 9 year old daughter was when we were all working from home, and I messaged him that I accidentally dropped my laptop charger in my brothers car and that I was irresponsible for doing that (I tend to be a little clumsy & forgetful sometimes). He responded saying "Yes you were. Like my daughter. Always leaving her glasses at home, and I end up late for work everyday because I have to drop it off to her in her class." Why does he compare me to his wife and daughter like that?

It might be an effort to make you feel comfortable. Almost like he wanted to let you know that it wasn't a big deal about the charger. And for the others he might just love his family and sees some semblance of them wherever he looks.

You just remind him in certain moments of his wife and daughter, so he shares that info with you. There's no reason why and it's not a big deal, it's just a harmless comparson. What do you think it means?

Not sure, that's why I ask. I feel weird and sometimes a little annoyed being compared with other women, especially if its a 9 year old girl.

It's kind of like when I ask people for advice and then after they give it to me, I say "that's what my mom said". It's not a bad thing, it's just they happen to give me the exact same advice my mom does. Or, there's a guy I know and like. I've told him he reminds of my dad sometime, not in a creepy way. It's just they have some of the same qualities and stuff, sometime. I've told my dad the same thing, that him and that guy are the same in someways. So, I don't mean in a bad way or creepy way, it's just somethings people do or say remind you of other people you know. And, if you feel comfortable enough you might mention it to the person in passing but it's not something to worry about to analyze.
