What does it mean if a guy looks terrified when they see you?

So there's this guy that looks nervous/uneasy around me & just has a terrified look on his face when he sees me. What does that mean, i dont mean

Well this has happened to me too. My crush had this dear-in-headlights look when I caught him staring at me. It didn't always have too be him staring at me though. When we just looked at each other he looked terrified. I mean it's rather comical and cute when they get all scared and intimidated by us. I think he really likes you but is pretty shy or not used to showing/having these emotions. Guys tend to get really fidgety and nervous when they are around girls/guys they like. Does he do something else, like grooming his hair or fixing his shirt when you're around cause if he does it's even more likely that he really likes you and wants to look his best in front of you. You should smile or something if you like him to show him that you are friendly to make him calm down a bit and feel comfortable around you.
