What does it mean when a guy keeps closing and opening his legs when he sits down to talk to you?

He gave me hints before of being awkward and friendly, but a part of me thinks he likes me. I am not sure. I heard him say I was sexy once and he seems a little nervous around me sometimes. I don't see him as nervous or chatty around other women.
