If it's a short guy or an average guy dating her, I don't think it makes him one because there isn't such a drastic height difference. A woman under 5'4 doesn't look like a full grown woman and if a really tall guy dates it looks really creepy. If it's a 5'5 and above woman dating a super tall dude I don't think its creepy because he's just really tall and she's just about right.

haha, its all in your perception dude. 5'7 is average here, but 5'4 is average in Asia. I think at least half of the worlds women are under 5'4.
