I made him jealous and now he hates me?

I was kind of trying to make my friend jealous. I think he likes me but I wasn't sure so I wanted to see how he'd react. He got all teary eyed and I tried to make sure he was okay.

The next day, it seems like he is avoiding me. He still talks to my friends except he looks so happy as opposed to how he looked yesterday. It's just he would act like I'm not there.

Did he lose interest in me?

If you drove him to the point where he started crying, then good chance he one, didn't realize you were trying to make him jealous, and two, he was really upset that you were being flirty with someone else and not him.

On occasion I put up a front to someone to really make it sift through their mind, and although how annoying that can be to someone on the other end, I think you should interpret as it's obviously still bothering him if he's avoiding you.

I mean if you like him, show it that you like him! He won't be scared away after this whole thing. And then if he's welcoming to it just fess up to attempting to make him jealous.

He most likely lost any interest he had in you because you decided to hurt him rather than just asking him if he liked you. He now knows that you have very little regart for his feelings and that you will most likely hurt him again.
