He stopped talking to me and deleted me on all social media?

I work with this guy. We were talking and he asked me out a real date then all of a sudden he drops me and i learn he has just gotten a girlfriend. We both went off to college but he would randomly snapchat me and occasionally text me. One night he was drunk and texted me asking for nudes. I got mad and he apologized. He and I hung out over break and nothing happened since he has a girlfriend. They broke up and he started texting me a lot. He wanted me to be his New Year's Eve kiss and asked me to go to a college party with him. I'm a virgin and shy and didn't want to. I don't really drink very much. We hung out instead the night before New Years eye and kissed. The next day on New Year's Eve he posted lots of pics with him and other girls. He got cold towards me at work after the kiss and didn't text me. He went back to college. He would randomly snapchat me. He was snapchatting me and talking about sex. I said I wasn't easy and some girls started snapchatting me on his phone telling me they wished They were on my level and being mean. He then calls me tells me he loves me and texts me that he loves me he was drunk. When I confront him about it over text he claims to not remember anything the next day. We don't talk for a couple of months and then he came home for summer and was avoiding me at work. We started texting again and he would say we should hangout all the time, we made plans then he would bail last minute all the time. I thought maybe this time he was serious. He would get jealous if I posted a pic with other guys. Then like 2 days after we talked last. He had a pic on snapchat with him and a girl. Next day he deleted me off snapchat, then also off Instagram. I learned from others the girl was his new girlfriend. I sent him a text saying I get it your done with me. All you have ever done is mess with my head and feelings. Have a nice life. Why did he lead me on?
