Boss gave me his number but not other girl in my position does he like me?

When he made me my job offer he said let me give you my cell in case you want to talk more. He like looooved me at the interview and said I like you already. He was smiling at me so big. When I accepted the job he said I'm very happy.

My my friend just got a job offer but he didn't give her his cell number only said call me at the office. And he talks to me about my friend (not in a bad way)

he's trying to get more personal w me does he like me? He's not attached to anybody.
