It's like when anything she does sounds and looks sexy. Every time I hear the word sultry, I think of Jessica Rabbit. She exudes sex. It's oozing out of her. She could lift a leg and fart and it would still be sexy somehow. She is really playing the role of sexy and it suits her well. That's what sultry means to me

Since the definition for sultry is, "Stifling, humid and downright oppressive, sultry is an adjective that has everything to do with sweltering heat and a definite need for a tall glass of iced tea."

I guess it means to look extremely hot to the point the dude barely has any self control.

Sultry is defined as being attractive in a way that suggests a passionate nature or causes feelings of sexual desire.

So it's not a bad thing, Lauren Bacall in the 1940s was one of the most renown women to have the sultry look, few did it better then she did.
