well normally guys just say it to each other to be like dude ur stong tough built or solid.

He might be telling you your tough...never hear a guy say it and mean fat or in a bad way...its normally a good thing to be a tank...idk

A guy usually uses “tank” as a compliment... They’re just saying you are real good at something or they are calling you a strong person. Think of an army tank, it’s strong, almost indestructible, & a top of the line war weapon
