So I kinda like this guy and I offered to come hang with him after he told me he was gonna chill with netflex, but my plans changed so I asked for a raincheck and he said "sounds good" then when I chatted with him later he said " I'm serious about that raincheck" and another time when he noticed I was down and asked me "why so quiet?" Then said again be was serious about the raincheck.

so do you think he may liked me or just wants to chill?

lmao its about the word order here, netflix and chill is slang for sex, chill with netflix low key just means laying in bed and binge watching shows, there is a clear and defined difference.
And this question is odd, if he says he's going to chill, he wants to chill. What part about "i'm serious about the raincheck" means "i like you". You need to give the guy some space, some time, people are like that, a person needs space, and if they say so it may mean nothing bad, but their so clings on to them as if they may lose them when in reality nothing is wrong. So just give him some time to chill and take a raincheck. It could mean he is not interested, but once again that could not be the case, I don't think it is. Just text him in a few days asking if he wants to get lunch together or something
