What does being off mean?

So person A asked person B (male) how are you getting on with person C (female) and person B replied saying she's being off with me.
What does he mean by that?

It means she is angry with said person or she is in a bad mood towards him or she is displeased with something he did.

Just means the mood is not right between the guy and girl... if everything was going smooth and right it wouldn't be off. So the way he phrased it seems like she's not acting in the norm with him... whether it's quiet or nasty I cannot say but it is a negative statement.

It's the opposite of being 'on' with me. You know, like a light switch? On or off?
Now, if they said she's 'getting it on with me', well, that would be the opposite.
Off with me would generally mean non-communicative, angry, discontent, turned off, had enough, ignoring.
