Why doesn't he hang up the phone?

He and i are good friend and call each other quite often
i notice he doesn't hang up the phone even if i said "bye"
he always say like "i hope you enjoy your day" and doesn't hang up and some times giggles. So we always end up saying bye again and again and again
does it mean he might like me?
