I'm really good friends with this guy and we hang out one on one sometimes. He's my best friend but we flirt sometimes or whatever and sometimes I get scared that he likes me.

I told him that we should hang out next weekend and he said he would take care of it. Then today he told me that he researched what to do for like 2 hours and he asked all his friends (I've never met his friends) and he's still deciding what to do with me.

Does he like me or is he just excited to hang out? Please help.
