Making out with a coworker?

Why would a guy whom I'm not currently dating want to constantly kiss me? My co-worker (yes I said co-worker) and I are very attracted to each other. I've known him for about 3 months or so. He's a lead and I met him because he had me with in his area. After that one time he would always make an effort to say hello. Shortly after that I broke the ice and talked to him. Ever since then we talk regularly. Shortly after breaking the ice we started texting. Just recently we have started making out. We either make out in a hiding spot at work (we work in a warehouse so we hide behind a pallet) or in my car at the end of my shift. This started a little over a week ago ) I work with him 3 days out of the week). We have made out several times now and no we have not had sex. Why do you think he would want to make out with me when we are currently not involved? I know kissing can potentially create emotional bonds so I'm curious from a guys point of view.

To a guy sometimes just making out with someone you find attractive, give him that confidence that like, he can have you, some guys dont get emotionally attached to someone just by kissing u should find out if he does it in like a sexual way like to his satisfaction or maybe cuz he wants something more, if he didn't go for unapropriate touches or sex proposals yet maybe he actually wants something serious
