Do guys come back after a slow fade?

I was talking to this guy and it was literally perfect. He was so into me and I realize now that after I brought up a relationship, he was pulling the slow fade (for three months). he ended up telling me to forget him because he doesn't have the same feelings I have for him. I got really clingy towards the end because I wasn't sure what was happening.

he might come back most dude that say they dont have time usually have shit in thier own life they need to sort first. if anything see how he feels before letting him do his thing. if he doesn't say anything then i would try to move on or least focus time on something until he comes bk or finally says something

Give him some space and let him look for you, DON"T NOT look for him anymore. If he was really into you as you mentioned in the beginning I am sure he will. If he doesn't well try to move on, but most certain he will look for you, if you give him space and allow him to miss you.
