My boyfriend wants to fool around every time we're alone?

Every time we hang out we always go back to his place to watch tv. When I mean every time I mean every time we go to his house we end up making out then fooling around. It's been consistent for a good 2 months now. I'm starting to get annoyed because sometimes I just want to watch the movie and just chill. But he ends up turning me on and then it goes south from there. But recently I've just been kinda getting bored because it's the same routine. How can I politely turn him down when he tries to make a move? I feel like no matter what he'll get offended but I don't want our relationship to be based around sexual favors 24/7

I have been in a similar situation. It was so annoying! I am a very sexual person but its like dang every single minute we get alone he had his hands down my pants... I ended up trying to just watch the movie or cuddle but cuddling made him think I wanted more -_- I would tell him I wasn't feeling good or I was really into the movie... just gotta be straight up. He will prob be upset but he needs to respect how you feel sometimes. I'm not with that guy anymore though he was annoying in a lot of ways. My boyfriend now likes to just watch tv and nap and cuddle which is nice!!
