Why did he look at me from a distance?

So I was talking with my friend and I turned my head and see this boy looking at me and his whole body was facing me he looked at me for about 7 seconds and I never seen him nor talked to him and he doesn't know me either what does this mean?

honestly this could totally be a conicidence... I've been none to zone out for a few seconds.

although it could potentially be that he was standing there and thinking about the possibility of asking you out or something.

I'd say that if he doesn't approach you then you don't have anything to worry about.

Didn't read. He looked at you cause he liked what he saw. Don't put no thought into it. Worry about more important stuff like naming your new cat. ( no I'm not trying to tell you what to do. Jus saying)

He was probably checking you out. Or he just happened to look at your direction. It might be either.
