If a call keeps saying user busy all of a sudden is the line blocked?

calling from and unknown number so my number doesn't appear but keeps saying busy, does that happen when the person blocks unknown calls?

in my knowledge, i think if he blocked by a third app it should ring at least half a ring before he blocks your call "even from an unknown number", but if he blocked your number from the network company then yeah it will get number busy immediately "don't know if they can block any unknown numbers", hope that helps you.

it said busy 2 times and now his phone is off all a sudden because it goes straight to mailbox, i have not heard from him all day yet i could see he was on his phone but didn't say any thing to me is that bad?

i called first it rang a few times then went to mailbox and then another 2 times showed user busy and now that i called its not even ringing went straight to mailbox usually they say that happens when a phone is off, so is my boyfriend avoiding me it seems?

thats part of the reason that im so confused because lastnight he called me and seemed fine we were nice to each other and he still said chat later then i never heard from him, the whole day he has been quiet i dont know what i did wrong that he is quiet towards me all of a sudden what do you think?:( we had a fight a few days ago but things are better he even called me out of his own and was nice now he is quiet he still has me blocked on whatsapp though from our fight the other day and today all asked was can he please unblock me because we had a nice phone call last night now he is so quiet

Seems the fight you had has some thing to do with his silence, jas also blocked u on whatapp which shows he is avoiding you. If you really care ant him and want him back then you should go and meet him and express you feeling omly of you care otherwise let him be and wait and see if he breaks his silence. What ever it is he should have talked with you rather being silent.

Over the call he said he will unblock me and will chat later then he didnt:(. I only sent him nice msgs today and asked nicely for him to unblock me it seems like he doesn't want to unblock me so that he can focus on work aswell he says i message a lot during work aswell but i told him i wouldn't and he knows i can't keep wasting money on airtime when i can easily whatsapp, his phone has been off for over an hour now, he could have at least said he is working or some thing , its not nice to not know where ur boyfriend is , i dont know what i did wrong, you dont think i should assume he is with some one else that i must not think the worst?

I cannot say if he is with some one else but one thing that is strange he has blocked you just to focus on his work why would some one would do such a thing to his girlfriend that is totally not nice rather that is rude. Dont message him wait for a while and see how things go. He should have just asked you not to text him while he was working. Wait for a while and see if he contacts back and dont think too much.

i really can't say if he's ignoring you or if he has the phone ringer off or on vibrate. so i won't assume that he's ignoring your calls on purpose
