If when dialing a mobile number it doesn't ring and it says call ended straight away, have I been blocked?

He could've blocked you or he is simply hitting the decline button. I know you feel upset but do me a favor and leave him alone for a while. Go out with your friends and bitch to them about him-Do not share this with his friends or express your frustration about it on social media it will drive him even further away. Pursue your own interests and if he really cares about you and sees that you're not calling him-he will call you back but you've got to give him time. If he doesn't-he wasn't the right one for you and you will move on from it. Guys don't handle breakups as easily as women do and so they take more desperate and stronger action. So I say if he is blocking you it's either because he's trying to hide his feelings or he needs time to think about the relationship. Give him time to miss you!

It could mean that he's out of range, his phones shut off or he didn't pay his his bill. Also could mean he had both lines in use but that wouldn't be for any long period of time. As for being blocked I believe it has an automated message saying something along the lines of your call can't be completed etc. One other possibility that has happened to me several times is my phone and service messes up and glitches and refuses to make calls sometimes but a simple check for that just restart your phone :)

Most likely scenario is his phones dead or turned off so he can have some space. The best thing to do is to send just one text saying you tried calling and wait and see because at least with the text you know he'll get it when his phones back on.

I'd be worried, I'd meet up with him and test it with your phone and see if his goes off. If it doesn't get someone else to ring him. If that works then you've been blocked by him. If it doesn't, he needs a new phone

impossible to tell. i have a friend whose phone provider always tell me "this phone is out of range or turned off", but he can call me fine, easily. phone providers are pretty crappy that way.
