Why doesn't he just delete me if he doesn't want to talk?

This guy and I went on three wonderful dates and talked for a month but then we had a fight over him teasing me for going on a double date and me going "crazy" on him, in his words. Honestly, I might have over reacted a bit too much lel but he was going all "hhahaha yes, maybe no" when I kept asking if he is serious or not. I mean, do what you want but be straight forward with me was my point. I still apologized to him and he said he'll be in touch once he's home, he never responded again. So I deleted him from everything but he kept following me on snapchat and twitter. Fast forward its been 2 months and he literally checks all of my snaps few minutes after I post them. Even if I post 10+ snaps, he'll be the first to watch them all. Never misses any. I mean if he doesn't want to talk why doesn't he unfollow back instead of watching my stuff? I dont wanna seem petty by blocking him but seeing him every time is a reminder of our wonderful time. And it sucks.

It just doesn't matter to some people. I watch everyone I follows snaps so the purple dot only appears when there is something new. I don't actually watch them - just tap right through. It means no more than that and given the fact he doesn't speak with you I'm guessing he's similar.

His actions have made it clear he isn't interested anymore, so for your own sake if it makes you unhappy to see his name just delete/block him.
