So I used to like this guy everything was cool we chatted 24/7. But then I found out he is an immature man who miss his ex and I kinda stopped loosing interest in him. I knew being with him was a self disrespect because I know he wants someone else, so thats why I wanted to leave him. I started being distant on him, I ghosted him several times, but he always comes back. One day I was in a bad mood and i told him to stop texting him and to leave me alone, but he won't and keeps texting me he even finds the dumbest excuses to text me. If im being honest it doesn't bother me, its not like I hate him, I dont block him cause I feel like he doesn't deserve that kind of attention, I always act like idgaf. He didn't do no harm to me, he's cool to be around I could be his friend, but i will never understand why he doesn't care if I tell him to leave me alone, he always comes back.

He keeps coming back because he likes you and you have been kind of toying with him… I’m not trying to be rude and I know it might not seem that way from your perspective but I didn’t read anywhere in your question where you told him “hey I don’t like you like that I just wanna be friends. I just want you to know that going forward.” It’s impossible to answer this correctly without more context but like “ghosting” him and being “distant” with no explanation and then telling him to “leave you alone,” which to him I’m assuming came out of nowhere… it lowkey means you’re the person leading him on and being confusing. Tell him your feelings, and he will stop hitting you all the time or at the very least he might keep messaging you a lot still at first out of pride, but once your words are in his head, he will feel like there’s no use and slowly back off.

The reason I was being distant was because he was acting a fool and then people told me some rumours about him. And even though I liked him I decided to not go anywhere far from him and move on. But he keeps staying which Im confused cause I was a bit rude to him thats why I asked I wanted to know if he won't leave because he either has feelings or he is just nosy.

If you want him to stop texting, then block him. Stop messing around and put action in your words. You want him to stop? Block him and go on with your life. Now it feels like you say you want him to stop but still likes the fact he texts you.
